JOSEPH SACKS HIS SILVER PRIDE AND TAKES ON HIS SILENT PRIDE
Joseph Sack was the son of a former Irish Labour Minister.
He came to the attention of the world in 2003 when he was one of the leaders of a protest march against the then-Conservative government’s privatisation of the Dáil.
He is now a member of the Irish Parliament.
His family’s coat plant is in the centre of the area.
He is now the owner of the company which makes the coat.
He is currently a member on the European Parliament.
He says that his coat plant has grown from a handful of workers to over a dozen now.
He also said that he has been working on his business since he was 19 years old.
“I used to do odd jobs like working on the telephone lines and the water pipes.
It’s a long way from being a professional coat maker.
I’m proud to be Irish and proud to make my coat, and I think that the Irish coat is one of our most important products.”

I was a very humble guy.
I had a very small team.
I thought I would be a small man in the room.
There were two coats for me.
If I could be the only one in the building that would have been great.
When I became a parliamentarian, I wanted to show that we can make our coat better.
My coat is not the first.
We have a very, very good line of products.
For me, the most important thing is quality and I want to give the coat that quality and that value.”
